01Why does every price say “from”?Because the figure is the starting point for the tier's standard scope. If you need more pages, an integration or something unusual, the quote says so before you pay anything. The from-price is what a straightforward build of that tier costs.
02Is the preview free?For Starter and Business sites, yes: a working preview of your site, no card details, no obligation. Growth and larger previews take a deposit that is credited to the build in full if you go ahead.
03Do I own the code and design?Yes, completely. You receive the source code, the design files and every asset. There is no lock-in and nothing to license back.
04What's included in the price?Every website tier includes a mobile-first build, a contact form, basic SEO, SSL setup and help moving to your hosting if you want it. The tier pages list everything line by line.
05How fast can you deliver?Starter sites are live in 3–5 days. Business sites take 1–2 weeks. Larger builds are staged and scoped with you first.
06Are there any hidden fees?No. The quote you approve is the figure you pay. Hosting and a domain are separate, ongoing costs: hosting is £20 a month, or £40 with edits included. An edit outside the Hosting + edits plan is £14.99.
07Do you offer ongoing support?Yes. The Hosting + edits plan is £40/month and covers edits, fixes and monitoring, and every build comes with a post-launch support period. Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
