Tasks tell you what. Planner tells you when.
A list of jobs is not a plan. Planner is nine screens over one day, one week and the quarter ahead — where the work gets time against it, and where you find out on Tuesday that Thursday is already full.

Work with no time against it has not been planned
It has not failed, and it is not late. It is simply waiting for a decision about when. That distinction is the whole hub: the Inbox is where that decision gets made, and everything else is what happens afterwards.

- Replan
The Inbox is where planning starts, the Timetable is where scheduling happens, My Day is execution, Tasks is completion, Timeline is review and Planning is the replan. The loop is why there are nine screens rather than one long list.
Nine screens, three questions
What is happening now, the work behind it, and the shape of the weeks ahead.

One task list, not a second one
Planner does not keep its own copy of your work. A task here is the same task the job board shows and the same one an automation can create or close; an appointment is the same diary entry your bookings write to and your Google Calendar syncs. Blocking out two hours is an entry in that diary, not a note in a parallel system that nothing else can see.
It is already there
Planner sits in the Lounge beside Quooro Office. If you have a Quooro account you have it — on a laptop, and on a phone where the sidebar becomes a strip along the bottom, because a 216-pixel rail on a 375-pixel screen leaves no room for the day it is describing.
What else is in the LoungeMore about Quooro Planner
Planner comes with the Lounge. There is nothing extra to buy and nothing to install — it is one of the places your account already goes.
