The work, before it has a time.
Everything that needs doing, what has not been planned yet, the nudges that go out before something is due, and the jobs that come round every week.
Tasks
Everything that needs doing, with owners, due dates and what is waiting on what. The same task list the rest of the platform writes to — not a second one that only Planner knows about.
Inbox
Work with no time set aside yet. It is not a status somebody has to remember to set: a task is in the Inbox because nothing is booked for it, and it leaves the moment you block out an hour.
Recurring
The Monday invoicing run, the Friday stock count, the quarterly return. Set the pattern once and it appears where it belongs instead of being re-typed every week.
A nudge before it is due
Thirty minutes, a day, a week — set against the task or the appointment, sent to you or to whoever it is assigned to.
Reminders are sent by Quooro's own scheduler, every minute, whether or not you have the app open. They are recorded when they go, so the same nudge is never sent twice.
And it tells you when one will not arrive. A reminder on a task with no due date has nothing to count back from. One addressed to an assignee on a task nobody is assigned to has nowhere to go. Rather than list those as though they were coming, the Reminders screen says so on the row itself — a nudge you were relying on and did not get is worse than no reminder at all.
