03Quooro Workspace

What is owed, and who is waiting.

Two numbers you want between jobs without opening a laptop: how much is outstanding, and whether anybody needs an answer.

Invoices

Unpaid, and how much

Everything not marked paid, soonest due first, with the total across them.

The six closest to their due date

Which client, which number, how much, and when it was due. Enough to chase one from the van.

One total, worked out once

The outstanding figure is summed on Quooro's side, from the gross amount on each invoice, so the app cannot arrive at a different number from the one in your Lounge.

How many are unread

A count, not the contents. Knowing three people are waiting is what changes what you do next; reading a thread properly is a job for a screen you can type on.

It reads; it does not write

A paired device is given one address to call and it returns a fixed summary. It cannot mark an invoice paid, send a message or change a task, because there is nothing in that endpoint to do it with. Widening what Workspace can do is a deliberate change on Quooro's side, not a setting.

Neither number is a report. They are the two facts that decide whether a phone call is worth making before you drive home.
