Jobs, people and money in one system

The system a business is run from: every job, who is on it, what it is costing and what it is worth. Built for your trade, not adapted from someone else's.

Who it is for

You will knowif this is you.

01The business runs on a diary, a whiteboard, a spreadsheet and an accounts package that do not agree.
02You cannot say today which jobs are making money and which are not.
03Scheduling people and kit is done in someone's head and falls over when they are off.
04You have outgrown the off-the-shelf tool and are paying per seat for features you bend around.
What it does

Everything the systemtakes off your desk.

Each capability is built to your process and shipped with its own controls. Nothing generic is bolted on.

01

Jobs and projects

Every piece of work from enquiry to sign-off, with its stages, its people and its paperwork.

  • Pipeline from enquiry to complete
  • Stages you define
  • Documents, photos and notes per job
  • Customer sign-off
02

Scheduling and resources

People, vehicles and equipment against jobs and time. Clashes flagged before they happen.

  • Diary by person, team or asset
  • Availability and leave
  • Drag to reschedule
  • Route and travel time
03

People

Who works for you, what they can do, what they are working on and what they are owed.

  • Staff and subcontractors
  • Skills and certifications with expiry
  • Timesheets from the field
  • Leave and absence
04

Money

Quotes, purchase costs, time and invoices against the same job, so margin is a fact.

  • Quotes and variations
  • Purchase orders and costs
  • Invoicing and payment
  • Profitability per job, live
05

Compliance and quality

The forms, checks and certificates the work requires, completed on site and filed automatically.

  • Site forms and checklists
  • Certificates generated
  • Inspections and defects
  • Audit trail
06

Reporting and control

The view of the whole business its owner needs, and the roles that keep each person to their part.

  • Owner dashboard
  • Roles and permissions
  • Exports and accounting sync
  • API for other tools
The whole business

One job,every angle.

A management system is the same job seen by the office, the field, the customer and the accountant, without retyping.

01The officeEnquiry becomes quote becomes job. Scheduling, purchasing and paperwork from one screen, with the state of every job visible.
02The fieldThe day's jobs on a phone: address, notes, checklist, photos, signature, time. Works offline and syncs when it can.
03The customerConfirmation, arrival time, the report and the invoice, by message or through a portal. Fewer calls in both directions.
04The accountsCosts and invoices post to the accounting system or to Quooro Office. Profit per job is known when the job closes, not at year end.
05The ownerThe dashboard: pipeline, utilisation, cash, margin, compliance. The business in one screen, updated by the work itself.
Scope and timeline

Sized to the job, quoted per project.

Built on the platform

Quooro Office ismost of one already.

Invoices, accounting, expenses, time, HR, contracts and profitability are modules every Lounge can switch on. A custom management system uses them as its foundation and adds the scheduling, field and compliance parts specific to how your business works.

  • Quooro Office

The business toolkit: accounting, invoices, time, HR and profitability.

  • The Lounge

CRM, bookings, files and messages, in place from day one.

  • Dashboard plans

Gold carries the full Office; the system builds on it.

What you own

Yours outright, on the day it launches.

  • The complete platform as source code, with every module and the database
  • Architecture documentation and a data dictionary
  • Training for the office, the field and the owner, separately
  • A support period written into the quote, with SLA-backed support available
  • Your business data, exportable in full at any time

The same terms as every build: read ownership and handover.

How it is built

Four stages, no surprises.

01

Discover

Starts when you say go

We map how the work gets done today.

What happens

  • Workshops with the people who will use it
  • Your current process mapped, step by step
  • Your data and the systems it lives in audited
  • A written specification of what to build first

What you get

  • The specification
  • A staged plan and a fixed quote

What we need from you

  • Time with the team who do the work
  • Access to the tools you use now
02

Design

After you approve the specification

A clickable prototype before a line of code is written.

What happens

  • Screens and user journeys for each role
  • A clickable prototype the team can try
  • The data model and the integrations agreed
  • Permissions: who can see and change what

What you get

  • The prototype
  • The agreed data model

What we need from you

  • Feedback from real users
  • Sign-off on the prototype
03

Build

After you approve the prototype

Built in stages, with a working demo at the end of each.

What happens

  • Features built in the agreed order
  • A working demo at the end of every stage
  • Your existing data moved across and checked
  • Tested against the real process, not a script

What you get

  • A working system at each stage
  • A test environment to try it in

What we need from you

  • Testing time from your team
  • Decisions when questions come up
04

Launch

After you approve the finished build

Rolled out, taught and supported.

What happens

  • Rolled out to the team, in stages if that suits
  • Training for each role
  • Documentation for how it works and how to run it
  • Support after go-live, with a retainer if you want one

What you get

  • The live system
  • Full ownership of the code and data

What we need from you

  • A go-live date that works for the business
Straight answers

Asked beforeyou ask.

01Why not an off-the-shelf job management tool?If one fits, use it; we will say so in discovery. A custom system is for when the business has outgrown the fit, is paying per seat for workarounds, or needs the data for something the tool does not do.
02How long before we can use any of it?The core, jobs and scheduling, is usually live within the first third of the build. The rest lands in stages while you are already working in it.
03Does the field app work without signal?Yes. Jobs, forms and photos are stored on the phone and synchronise when a connection returns.
04Can it replace our accounts package? It can post to it, or you can run the accounts in Quooro Office. Most businesses keep their accountant's preferred package and let the system feed it.
05What does it cost to run?Hosting and maintenance are a plan you choose, and optional. The build itself is quoted once and the system is yours.
